Skill. Grit. Teamwork. The same qualities that drive Kelly Clontz Racing power ArchKey teams across the country. If that’s what drives you, there’s a place for you here.
Whether you’re competing on race day or building critical infrastructure, great results come from careful preparation, pride in doing the job right, and people working together toward the same goal.
For nearly 10 years, Kelly Clontz has built her career at ArchKey while competing nationally as an NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle racer. Today, she serves as Estimating Director, where she leads teams and continues to grow her expertise. Her journey proves that building a meaningful career doesn’t have to mean leaving your passions behind.
It goes beyond putting a logo on a motorcycle. It reflects the mindset Kelly brings to everything she does, from preparing for race day to taking on her next challenge. Her drive to improve is strengthened by the people who support her along the way.
