Located in the heart of Downtown Mountain View, 599 Castro offers many exciting opportunities the City and its residents. This new construction includes Class “A” Office Space which includes multiple amenity areas and underground parking, eight 2-bedroom townhomes and four 1-bedroom residential units and lighting renovations to a historical church.

Sprig partnered with Arc Tec, Inc. and Steinberg Architects on the electrical design features across the entire development. Our scope of work was extensive and included the following: core & shell build-out, design-build electrical and fire & life safety services to one 4-story, 109,107-sq-ft Class “A” Office building, 1,000-sq-ft of underground parking across 3-levels, 6,339-sq-ft of multiple amenity areas (roof deck, terraces, plaza), 100,000-sq-ft of residential, 18,000-sq-ft of a historical church and all courtyard and site lighting.
