Working with Washington University and several key regional stakeholders, this historic building was brought back to life. Our team helped transform this unique architectural space into a strategic component of the Cortex Innovation Community.
This 88,000 square foot space featured state-of-the-art labs, offices, and modular spaces to help St. Louis start-ups find an affordable, functional space to thrive.

Our team provided all power and distribution, utility feed, generators and fit-out of the multiple lab and office spaces for this project.
