Data Center 2 – Confidential Client

This project consisted of a new hyperscale campus with two buildings housing data center and facility support spaces. The data center infrastructure included more than 50 packaged generators, skidded Medium Voltage substations, Medium Voltage paralleling switchgear, and busway distribution extended to the rack level. The project required extensive coordination and installation of first-of-its-kind Owner-Furnished Equipment and integrated systems infrastructure across the campus. Support facilities included modular Central Utility Plant buildings and complete campus infrastructure, including underground communications duct banks, Medium Voltage underground and overhead pathways, and site security systems. A design-build temporary power solution was provided to support startup and commissioning. Innovative quality assurance, quality control, and customer experience assistance beginning at the prefabrication facility enabled an expedited project turnover with minimal issues during the owner customer experience phase.
