Mercy OR Remodel & Parking Garage

This design-build project was a multi-phase, multi-year expansion and included multiple additions totaling approximately 55,000 square feet. The additions included a central utility plant, a main entry, an emergency department, and a two-story surgery addition complete with 400-stall, 4-story level parking ramp.

The 85,000 square foot of interior remodeling included the surgery department, the waiting and registration area, an intensive care unit, a lab, the cafeteria, and an ortho-spine unit. Our team provided all electrical, lighting, and distribution systems for this hospital, completing all work while the main hospital departments remained operational.
