ArchKey Lights Path for MIRO Towers, San Jose’s Tallest Residential Landmark

MIRO, formerly known as SJSC Towers, stands prominently in downtown San Jose, directly opposite City Hall. This striking mixed-use development features twin 28-story towers, encompassing a total of 1.1 million square feet. Once completed, it will be the tallest residential building in San Jose. The development will provide 630 residential units, offering a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom layouts, along with 16 luxurious penthouses.

In addition to residential space, MIRO will feature 21,000 square feet of retail space and 47,000 square feet of shared amenity space distributed between the two towers. The building also includes a convenient parking arrangement with one at-grade level and three subterranean levels.
