MIRO (formally SJSC Towers) is located in downtown San Jose directly across from City Hall. With twin 28-floor towers totaling 1.1M square feet, this mixed-use building will be the tallest residential structure in San Jose. The towers will house 630 residential units with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plans as well as 16 penthouses. Additionally, MIRO will offer 21,000 square feet of retail space and 47,000 square feet of amenity space split between the two towers. There will be one level of parking at-grade and three levels below grade.
