ArchKey Technologies Innovates with a Fusion of Historic Charm & Modern Design In New Headquarters
Minneapolis’s Downtown East Mill District, once the heart of the city’s flour milling industry, is undergoing a transformation into a vibrant urban center. The area will soon feature 1.2 million square feet of office space across two 17-story towers, a residential complex, 26,000 square feet of retail space, six-level parking ramp, and a 4.2 acre public park named The Commons.
Leading the charge on the development of the Downtown East complex is Ryan Companies. Their latest addition is the 4-story, 174,000 square foot Millwright Building situated near the back of one of the two towers. This building combines a warehouse-like aesthetic with modern technology, making it a unique blend of old and new. The first two floors of the Millwright Building will become Ryan Companies Minneapolis headquarters complete with open workspaces, rooftop terrace, and a skyway connecting to The Commons.
