Part of the Transbay Block project, this build included both Block 6 and Block 9. Block 6 consisted of a 32-story high-rise tower of 402 market-rate apartment units with 6,400 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and three-stories of market rate townhomes. In addition, an eight-story mid-rise building with affordable housing options containing approximately 2,200 square feet of retail space and 70 apartment units. Block 9 included a residential tower comprised of luxury studio one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes including premium penthouses, and townhome style layouts while select homes boast a private balcony and stunning Bay or city views.
