Vandalia Tower Refresh
Vandalia Tower, a former Mattress Factory, was redeveloped into a diverse 200,000 square foot community of artists and creative users which included a brewery, broadcast production, and many creative suites spanning multiple disciplines. The space was renovated to maintain the historic character of the building while increasing the usable space and power supply for its newly designed purpose and tenants.
Scope of Work
Our team provided design-build support for distribution redesign, new mechanical systems and lighting for this project including lighting reductions for multiple buildings included in this scope.
